Machine operators need assistance from lifting supervisors when carrying out lifting works with hoisting equipment on a construction site. In order to give professional support on construction sites and in the petrochemical industry in the Netherlands, lifting supervisors must be in possession of a TCVT certificate. Employees who have such a certificate can lift and hoist loads responsibly and safely.
In total, the training course takes 4 days incl. 1 day of exam. The training consists of a theoretical and a practical part. After the training course the lifting supervisor will be able to offer perfect support for the operator of the machine.

Further TCVT training
A condition of the TCVT training course is that relevant further training is followed during the 5-year validity period of the TCVT lifting supervisor certificate. This is intended for refreshment/deepening/broadening of the professional competence as a driver/hoist. The training must cover all learning outcomes of the relevant certification scheme.
The following requirements have been formulated for this:
T: +31 (0)46 - 45 74 108
Once the training has been completed, every employee will receive a green TCPR booklet in addition to a hoisting certificate. The acquired hoisting experience must be recorded in here. This is then stamped in approval by the employer. The TCPR booklet indicates that you have worked in that position for at least eight terms in the five years after certification. Two of these eight terms must also have taken place in the last three years.
Foreign lifting supervisors wishing to work in the Netherlands need to have a TCVT certificate. This certificate allows them to incidentally work in the Netherlands.
