In 1914, Toro started as a manufacturer of tractor engines. In 1986, Toro took over the Wheel Horse Products division of American Motors (AMC). White Horse manufactured a wide range of tractors for lawn and garden and also ride-on lawn mowers. Toro is currently a global supplier of precision irrigation solutions and innovative equipment for the maintenance of lawn and landscape elements for both private and commercial use. Toro is active at many events and commercial terrains all over the world. Including the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament and the Walt Disney World Resort.
