Telescopic handler basic training course

It is important that employees work as safely as possible with telescopic handlers. The telescopic handler can be used efficiently as an important support machine in various activities. Collé Rental & Sales find it important that employees are trained to prevent accidents caused by incorrect use.

Telescopic handlers are very suitable for agricultural and industrial work on rough terrain. The challenge of operating such a telescopic handler with hoist function is mainly in adjusting the right load carrier or load capacity. It is therefore important that the driver has a good knowledge of the control and disabling thereof.

The telescopic handler training course is of interest to employees who operate a telescopic handler to hoist materials and depositing them at a height. We will teach you the correct basic knowledge according to the Occupational health and Safety Ordinance, and will ultimately test you theoretically and in practice.

• Initial inspection (visual) and maintenance Check

• Setting up the telescopic handler
• Driving with the load
• Placing a load vertically, or tilting a load and moving it
• Packing up the machine
• Leaving the machine and cleaning up / clearing the work area

Some training courses are eligible for funding from the Scholingsfonds bouwnijverheid, OOM. Visit your own trade association's website or the R & D fund to see if you qualify for this. The hourly registration for CCV / code 95 can be indicated upon application for training.

The telescopic handler training course is aimed, among other things, at the operation of the telescopic handler. The training is conducted according to the SOG / SSVV and TCVT guidelines. To increase your knowledge in lifting and hoisting after this course, we recommend that you also complete the "Safe Relocation of Loads" training course.
